Banana Bread
What do you do with rotten bananas? Make banana bread of course!

Ingredients
- 5 or 6 brown bananas
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups chopped walnuts optional

Heat up the oven to 400 degrees on bake. Mix together all the wet ingredients first (butter, eggs, vanilla extract, bananas, sour cream) and then add in the rest of the dry ingredients. Blend until it looks mixed up. Grease the bread pans so that the bread doesn't stick to it. Pour the mixture in. Leave about an inch space at the top of the pan. Don't fill to the rim, otherwise it will over flow. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until golden brown. You know the bread is done when you stick a knife in the center and it comes out clean.
