- 3 small lemons squeeze juice
- 1 1/2 cups pine nuts
Pizza Ingredients
- pizza dough
- 2 tb olive oil
- pesto sauce
- mozzarella cheese
Instructions
-
Pour all ingredients into your blender. Mix to a semi- thick consistency. Done! You will have some extra left over so go ahead and freeze the rest to mix with chicken or shrimp.

Pre heat your oven on back at 350 degrees. For this recipe, I went to the grocery store and bought ready-made pizza dough to put in the oven. First, bake the dough according to the directions on the package. Top it with EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil). Then spread the pesto and cheese on top and put back into the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
