Keto Deviled Eggs
Lots of viewers are asking about Keto-friendly recipes. Krisitn invited Abigail Wright from A Good Southern Girl. Abigail and Kristin share the secret to boiling an egg!
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon spicy Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoo paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions

First, boil the eggs. Kristin puts the eggs in first and then fills the pot with water covering the eggs. Start boiling the water for about 10 minutes. Take out one of the eggs and check to see if it is hollow by clicking on the egg with your spoon. If it is done, continue spooning out your eggs and put them in a bowl of ice water.

Next, remove the shells on all the eggs. Do NOT put them down the sink. It will clog! Put them in the trash.

After removing the shells, get a dish that you plan on putting the egg halves on and a bowl to mix the inside of the egg. Start cutting the eggs in half and gently remove the cooked yolk. Put the yolk in the bowl and put the egg halves on the plate.

Mix in all the ingredients listed. It is ok to leave out some of the spices if you do no prefer the flavor. If you want a less "spicy" flavor, reduce the cayenne pepper to half of the 1/4 tsp. Add a little of the yolk mixture to each egg half.

Lastly, cover the eggs and put the egg dish in the fridge and keep refrigerated until you are ready to eat it.
