Home-Made Pesto Basil
This is the best form of meal prepping. You can use your fresh pesto basil sauce with just about anything. From cooking a pizza to chicken or shrimp dishes. It is perfect for pastas with vegetables too!

Ingredients
- 2 cups basil leaves
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 3 tb garlic
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 1 tb pepper
- 1 1/2 cups pine nuts
- 2 tb lemon zest
- 3 small lemons (squeeze juice)
Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the blender (no specific order). Pesto! You are done! Use the fresh pesto for your current meal or freeze into ice cubes for later.
