Catchy enough for you? This salad has everything in it but the kitchen sink! I decided to “meal prep” salads this week. I hard boiled 6 eggs (2 of which my daughter ate for breakfast),and then cooked up some bacon. I then cut up the greens and vegetables. I put the greens, vegetables, bacon and boiled eggs, in separate containers to eat during the week. It worked! This particular salad had a little extra ingredients like pastrami and cheese that was left over from a dinner party the night before. YUM!
