I was over at my friend, Flora’s s house the other day for a swim play date. She made this healthy avocado dish. I think I may have devoured the entire dish! Here is the recipe. Enjoy this instead of your regular side salad!

Flora’s Summer Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- 4 Sam's Club whole avocados (chopped)
- 1 tb chopped fresh parsley
- 1 whole lemon juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 whole cucumber chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (or your preferred tomatoes)
Instructions

Chop up the cucumber and avocado. Halve the small tomatoes. Add it to the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Toss lightly and put it in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
