I was hanging out at my sisters house tonight and whipped this up. Shrimp tacos takes about 15 minutes to make. It is my go-to when I need a healthy meal fast.
Easy Shrimp Tacos
- 1 lb shrimp (no tail/no veins)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Put the butter and the garlic in the pan and heat it up. Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink. Set aside the cooked shrimp and start with the "fixings." In this case, my fixings were lettuce, cheese, avocado, and sour cream. You can add what ever fixings you want.
