This recipe is so easy and healthy when you “meal prep.” Now, before you read on, hear me out. I make my own pesto and freeze it. It makes life easy during the week when you want to take a protein and mix it into something healthy.

Shrimp Broccoli Pasta
- 1 cup pesto sauce
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 package noodles

In a pot, start boiling water for the noodles.
In a sauce pan, steam the broccoli. This will take 10 minutes.
Add the pesto sauce to the pan and the shrimp. Then once the broccoli is done, add it to the pesto and shrimp dish.
Add the cooked pasta to a dish and add the shrimp and broccoli sauce over it.
