
Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 minced yellow onion
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 cloves of fresh garlic
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tb Worchester sauce
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 5 tb olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl combine all ingredients (except the olive oil).

Roll the meat mixture in small balls.

Add olive oil to a sauce pan and heat it up. Add the meatballs to the pan until they are golden brown on each side.

Add it to your favorite tomato sauce on top of noodles and you have yourself a meal. You can also serve them up as an appetizer.
