I used Sam’s Club shrimp and potatoes for this dish. It turned out delicious! Last weekend, I had my family (14 people) over for my very first shrimp boil! This recipe below serves about 5 people. I thought I would have left overs but I did not.

Shrimp Boil
Ingredients
- 1 pounds uncooked shrimp from Sam's Club
- 3 sausages (your choice)
- 1/4 pound small potatoes from Sams's Club
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tb Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 tb fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic (or 3 cloves of garlic)
Instructions
-
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Put the small potatoes in a steamer and cook all the way through for about 15-20 minutes.
-
Clean the shrimp and put it in the pan. Take the steamed potatoes and put in the pan. Cut up the sausage in bite size pieces and put in the pan.
-
Melt the butter and pour it over the shrimp, sausage and potatoes.
-
Put the lemon juice over the mixture. Next, add the garlic, Old Bay Seasoning, and salt.
-
Cover the baking dish with foil. Put in oven for 20 minutes or until the shrimp looks pink.
-
Serve with garlic bread and a salad!
