- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 3 tb sugar
- 4 eggs
- 10 tb butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tb baking powder
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Add all the dry ingredients into the bowl first and then add the wet ingredients and blend well. Then transfer the batter to a baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
Let it cool and top it with vanilla ice cream and raspberries. (In this picture, I added white powdered sugar for decoration.)
This was my first chocolate cake. Honestly, it turned out dry but I think with the tweeks I did in the ingredients, it will add some moisture. I think adding icream is a good idea too!
