
Egg Muffins “On-The- Go”
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced ham or crumbled bacon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Oil up a baking cupcake holder

Add 1 egg (or egg white) to each cup

Then top it with all the other ingredients

Bake for 10 minutes and store in a container. You can eat one or two a day for breakfast!
