
OK, now I am getting creative with my breakfast! I don’t usually buy boxed stuffing but today I did. Due to the 2 loaves a bread per family rule at the grocery store, I resorted to this hearty breakfast!

Stuffing Custed Egg Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 cups left over stuffing (or 1 box of stuffing)
- 10 eggs
- 5 slices lunch meat ham
- 2 cups cheese
- 3 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat oven 400 degrees.

Grease up your casserole dish with butter and add the stuffing layer first.

Set the cheese to the side. Mix the rest of the ingredients in one bowl. Put the mixture on top of the stuffing.

Add the cheese topping. Cover with foil. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until bubbly and cooked through. Let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
