

Vegetable Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 1 can of green beans
- 5 uncooked chopped carrots
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 celery stock (chopped)
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 4 tb flour
- 4 tb butter
- 4 cups beef or chicken stock

First, melt butter in a pan.

Then you need to coat the meat with flour and brown it in a pan.

Once the meat is brown, you will add it to the crock pot. Add all the other ingredients to this crock pot.

Let cook on low for 3-4 hours and serve over rice.
